Photo Information 2023

Recital pictures will be made at the studio on Wednesday, May 17th. Our photographer from last year, Kayla Schoen, will be with us again. You may preview samples of her work at: KaylaSchoen.com or Instagram @KaylaSchoen.

The process for access to photos taken is as follows:

• Cost is $40 for first dancer, and $20 for each additional dancer (for example 3 dancers: $40+$20+$20=$80) will provide parents with a link to an online album.
• Payment made preferably before on on the day of the shoot via:
• cash
• check (payable to Kayla Schoen Photography) preferably before or on the day of the shoot
• Venmo/Cash app (@kaylaschoenphoto)
• Zelle (Kayla Schoen /6155428971 /kaylaschoenphotography@gmail.com)
• Parents will be e-mailed an individual link to their child(ren)'s album. Each album will include group photos and individuals that are edited and best photo per pose.
• It is expecting each child to have a minimum of 5 images/poses per outfit.
• Due to editing time, proofs will not be available for at least two weeks after the shoot.
• After gaining access to the albums purchased, parents will then be able to print the photos as they like.

For those parents who would like to obtain the link at a later date, there will offer an option to pay online. However, it will be more expensive because of the additional credit card fees. The cost will be $50 per album, and the additional child discount would not be available.

PLEASE NOTE: NO ONE will be permitted to make photographs in the room designated for the photographer. We need to offer her the opportunity to work in a timely manner without other interference or distraction. Pictures with cell phones are allowed in the lobby, but not with the photographer please!
